The Great Place to Work Institute’s tenth annual Best Places to Work Study has been released and The Physio Co has been named as one of Australia’s workplaces (for organisations with over 100 employees).

This 2017 award means that The Physio Co has now been ranked as one of Australia’s 50 Best Places to Work for a phenomenal 9 consecutive years!  Amazing.  This year, we’ve been ranked No. 7 on the list.

For more than 30 years, Great Place to Work®  has studied the world’s most notable workplace cultures, from small start‐ups to some of the best‐known multinationals, and what makes them great. The results have shown that creating a great workplace can produce superior business performance.

“We are amazingly proud of the work we do helping seniors stay mobile, safe & happy.  We are also super-proud of the team we are building to grow to help even more people” Tristan White, Founder of The Physio Co says “to be ranked again as one of Australia’s 50 best places to work is a reward for how hard we have worked.  We definitely have smiles on our faces today knowing that our effort is being recognised”.

Since 2004, The Physio Co has grown from one‐person with a vision to the large team today that helps improve the health of older Australian’s in four states. The company visits thousands of residents every week and provides over 200,000 consultations every year. The Physio Co is one of the best health care professionals in aged care and our inclusion on Australia’s 50 Best Places to Work list is underpinned by our commitment to strong values-based culture, our robust approach to recruitment and selection, and our continued focus supporting each team member to succeed.

The companies included in the list come from a broad variety of industries and locations, each with its own unique story. Not one company’s culture is like another’s, this year’s. Best Places to Work list provides inspiration for other companies to engage, reward, and communicate with their employees.

Nine years in a row.  So awesome!  Congrats TPCers 🙂
